Digital Asset Trading PM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional analysis across complex Treasury, payments, liquidity, and transaction-driven processes
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define desired outcomes, success criteria, and delivery priorities
• Analyse current-state operating models and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and transformation
• Define target-state business processes, operating models, and solution designs
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements, functional specifications, and process maps
• Lead analysis and solution design for Digital Asset, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives
• Assess the impact of digital assets on Treasury operating models, settlement, liquidity management, and regulatory obligations
• Own and drive the firm's Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy
• Develop service offerings, solution frameworks, and value propositions to differentiate the business in the market
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape client pursuits and strategic engagements

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Product Delivery within Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Treasury operations, payments, settlements, and liquidity management
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and engage with senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering or supporting Digital Asset, tokenisation, blockchain, or DLT-enabled initiatives
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy and technology delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital asset trading platforms, custody solutions, stablecoins, or market infrastructure
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks impacting Treasury and digital assets
• Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology services organisations
• Exposure to product strategy, business development, or go-to-market leadership
