Digital Asset Trading PM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional analysis across complex Treasury, payments, liquidity, and transaction-driven processes.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define desired outcomes, success criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Analyse current-state operating models and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and transformation.
• Define target-state business processes, operating models, and solution designs.
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Lead analysis and solution design for Digital Asset, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives.
• Assess the impact of digital assets on Treasury operating models, settlement processes, and regulatory obligations.
• Own and drive the firm's Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy and develop service offerings.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to shape client pursuits and strategic engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Product Delivery within Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Treasury operations, payments, settlements, and liquidity management.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering or supporting Digital Asset, tokenisation, blockchain, or DLT-enabled initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy and technology delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital asset trading platforms, custody solutions, or stablecoins.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks impacting Treasury and digital assets.
• Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology services organisations.
• Exposure to product strategy or business development leadership.
