Digital Asset Technical Advisory Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Lead technology advisory and delivery for Digital Asset initiatives for banks and fintechs
• Oversee solution architecture, platform selection, and end-to-end execution across DLT-based platforms
• Manage client engagements and advise on building blockchain products and infrastructure
• Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies and new client acquisition
• Partner with cross-functional practices to cross-sell relevant services and solutions
• Mentor and develop team members while recruiting new talent to support strategic growth
• Manage senior-level client relationships to align Digital Asset solutions with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10+ years of experience in FinTech, Banking Treasury, Capital Markets, or related financial/product roles
• Proven experience delivering blockchain or DLT platforms within regulated financial institutions
• Expertise in leading buy-vs-build decisions and vendor evaluations for technical architecture
• Deep knowledge of institutional wallet and custody models (MPC-based or HSM-based)
• Experience with tokenization engines for asset issuance and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in smart contract design, deployment, and governance
• Experience integrating fiat on/off ramps, payment rails, and core banking systems
• Understanding of connecting to public and permissioned blockchain networks and node strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Background in technology consulting, financial services engineering, or platform architecture
• Experience with payments orchestration (on-chain/off-chain flows)
• Experience in treasury and payments operations
