Digital Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Calvin Klein assets for the EU on the Global DAM
• Oversee EU asset workflows, metadata standards, and user rights permissions
• Manage the delivery of content to downstream systems for wholesale and marketing teams
• Register and train internal and external users on DAM tools and best practices
• Liaise with global studios regarding file deliveries, naming conventions, and specifications
• Manage the EU instance of Creative Force studio platforms
• Generate usage reports and assist with platform updates or transitions
• Manage the EU Asset Coordinator

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital content management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Library Science
• Experience in a product-based volume business or retail-centric environment
• Working knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws
