Digital Asset GD Reconciliation Specialist - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reconciliation subject matter expert to build digital asset operations within State Street’s infrastructure
• Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
• Participate in workstreams to deliver digital asset capabilities and manage interdependencies
• Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
• Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream
• Provide regular reporting updates to ensure transparency for functional and digital asset operations leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Experience performing and reviewing cash and trades reconciliations for clients
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation systems, data flows, and operating models
• Proven ability to escalate risks and decision points quickly to appropriate stakeholders
• Experience executing on projects as a critical stakeholder with strong time management skills
• Ability to review and vet new operating models for viability and infrastructure alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital assets, wallets, and distributed ledger technology
• Understanding of tokenization and decentralized finance (DeFi)
• Ability to excel in ambiguous environments and develop new operational processes
