Digital Asset GD Onboarding Specialist, AVP

Responsibilities

• Act as an onboarding subject matter expert to build digital asset operations within the firm's infrastructure
• Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
• Foster alignment between value streams and manage interdependencies at an organizational level
• Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
• Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across various workstreams
• Provide regular reporting and communication updates to functional and digital asset operations leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Experience in onboarding operations and a strong working knowledge of setup processes
• Knowledge of onboarding systems, data flows, and overall operating models
• Strong risk management mindset with the ability to escalate decision points quickly
• Ability to review and vet new operating models for viability and infrastructure alignment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different business units

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital assets, wallets, and distributed ledger technology (DLT)
• Understanding of tokenization and decentralized finance (DeFi)
• Proven ability to excel in ambiguous environments and develop new processes
