About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot digital applications deployed on RedHat OpenShift for Qatar operations
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications
- Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels
- Perform patching and hardening of OS and applications
- Ensure high availability and optimal system performance
- Comply with defined SLAs regarding operations, security policies, and audit findings
- Maintain replicated systems in Disaster Recovery to ensure business continuity
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in application administration or DevOps
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts
- Experience with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK stack)
- Proficiency with IBM integration technologies including ACE, MQ, API Connect, and DataPower
- Hands-on experience with RedHat Linux, Apache, and Shell scripting
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateways, and message brokers (Kafka/MQ)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and security hardening (HSTS, SSL/TLS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CP4I and CP4D on OpenShift
- Familiarity with Redis cluster management, persistence, and performance tuning
