About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate holistic offline and online media plans to build brand power and leverage data-driven insights.
- Manage external media relationships with traditional players and digital platforms such as Google and Facebook.
- Drive digital media execution through digital hubs, focusing on search, performance marketing, and the use of 1P, 2P, and 3P data.
- Pioneer media and digital innovation, including social-first strategies, connected TV, live streaming, social commerce, and DTC.
- Partner with media agencies to deliver high-quality resources and ensure campaign performance is rooted in data.
- Oversee media rate cards and maintain accountability for brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention.
- Share media performance insights and stewardship with key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in holistic brand communication management at a large brand or agency leadership experience.
- Proven experience in advertising and media budget management.
- Strong background in data-driven marketing and performance/ecommerce.
- Experience driving change and embedding innovation within a business environment.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
- Exposure to CRM, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech platform management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cutting-edge understanding of the evolving media and brand communication landscape.
- Strong analytical skills to define, interpret, and respond to complex data insights.
- A pioneer spirit with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work with agility.
