Digital and Communications Co-op

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing communications and training resources, including sales materials, campaigns, presentations, videos, and infographics
• Provide design support while ensuring consistency with enterprise brand standards and guidelines
• Coordinate the distribution of communications and training resources and manage digital repositories
• Build collaborative working relationships within Sales & Distribution and across the organization
• Contribute to the development of team policies, processes, and measurement standards
• Support special projects as assigned by Sales Communications Managers

Requirements

• Complete or ongoing post-secondary education with a focus on communications, marketing, or social media
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and PowerPoint
• Intermediate skills in graphic design, video production, and/or photography
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Eligibility: Must be returning to school after the work term or require the term as a mandatory graduation component

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a financial institution or the insurance industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process
• Proficiency in French
