About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing communications and training resources, including sales materials, campaigns, presentations, videos, and infographics
- Provide design support while ensuring consistency with enterprise brand standards and guidelines
- Coordinate the distribution of communications and training resources and manage digital repositories
- Build collaborative working relationships within Sales & Distribution and across the organization
- Contribute to the development of team policies, processes, and measurement standards
- Support special projects as assigned by Sales Communications Managers
Requirements
- Complete or ongoing post-secondary education with a focus on communications, marketing, or social media
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate skills in graphic design, video production, and/or photography
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Eligibility: Must be returning to school after the work term or require the term as a mandatory graduation component
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a financial institution or the insurance industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process
- Proficiency in French
