Digital Analyst - Product

Responsibilities

• Guide product team members through complex data landscapes to support critical decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, app performance, and product features to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with analytics developers on tracking implementation and issue resolution to ensure top-tier data collection
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for real-time monitoring of key conversion metrics
• Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization
• Debug data issues and optimize tracking mechanisms to maintain data integrity

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases
• Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Snowplow and GA4
• Understanding of tracking mechanisms and data layers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling in Dataform
• Experience with session replay or autotracking platforms
