Digital Adoption Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assess the complexity and impact of digital workplace changes accurately and quickly
• Translate findings into effective, human-centric adoption programs
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of adoption plans once implemented
• Lead and direct specialists to ensure all program components are delivered successfully
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and technical specialists
• Stay updated on the latest workplace technologies and industry best practices
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices and company reputation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Adoption Consultant
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience with change methodologies, such as the ADKAR method
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience creating user personas
• Knowledge of workplace technologies including M365 and Azure
• Experience in training, coaching, and setting learning objectives
• Proficiency in data analysis and content production

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with gamification theories and digital learning methods
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CMS, or ServiceNow
• Experience in user experience (UX) design principles
