Digital Activation Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the activation, optimisation, and performance of digital marketing campaigns across SEM and paid social channels to drive customer acquisition
• Take full ownership of day-to-day workflows, roadmaps, and responding to client briefs
• Ensure accuracy of campaign implementation to deliver against client KPIs
• Manage reporting accuracy and develop clear, actionable insights
• Participate in client presentations, meetings, and weekly WIPs
• Handle monthly invoicing, budget reconciliation, and spend/revenue forecasting

Requirements

• Experience managing SEM campaigns with a strong understanding of conversion-focused performance marketing
• Ability to manage campaigns autonomously and deliver against performance objectives
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Must have unlimited Australian working rights

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous SEM implementation experience
• Basic familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
