Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain strong relationships with clients as an effective communicator
- Act as the internal client voice to direct teams toward interesting opportunity areas
- Prioritize and manage client expectations across all digital projects
- Drive client growth by researching and pursuing new opportunities
- Serve as the communication link between key clients and internal teams
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders
- Resolve issues proactively to maintain client trust
Requirements
- Previous digital agency experience
- Proven track record in a commercial client-facing role
- Solid understanding of digital industry dynamics and product delivery processes
- Knowledge of how strategy, design, technology, and data deliver digital experiences
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Understanding of digital agency commercial dynamics
- Ability to connect dots across various channels and touchpoints
