Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain strong relationships with clients as an effective communicator
• Act as the internal client voice to direct teams toward interesting opportunity areas
• Prioritize and manage client expectations across all digital projects
• Drive client growth by researching and pursuing new opportunities
• Serve as the communication link between key clients and internal teams
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders
• Resolve issues proactively to maintain client trust

Requirements

• Previous digital agency experience
• Proven track record in a commercial client-facing role
• Solid understanding of digital industry dynamics and product delivery processes
• Knowledge of how strategy, design, technology, and data deliver digital experiences
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Understanding of digital agency commercial dynamics
• Ability to connect dots across various channels and touchpoints
