Digital Account Director

Responsibilities

• Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annualised spend between £8,000 and £70,000
• Deliver growth sales from premium and bespoke digital products
• Identify and acquire new digital opportunities to meet client needs and agency thresholds
• Work with Field Sales Managers and BDMs to drive high-quality referral opportunities
• Support training and development of BDMs within the territory
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders including Digital Marketing Managers and commercial managers
• Facilitate training and onboarding programs for team members
• Drive the adoption of best practices to cultivate a high-performance sales culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts
• Proven track record of digital sales performance in both customer retention and acquisition
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital information
• Resilient, disciplined, and tenacious approach to sales
• Ability to demonstrate a personal development plan for continuous market adaptation
• Emotionally intelligent and collaborative team player

• Salary of £51,000 plus £5,000 Geo Weighting and £22,000 OTB
