Digital Account Director

Responsibilities

• Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annualised spend between £8,000 and £70,000
• Deliver growth sales from premium and bespoke digital products
• Identify and acquire new digital opportunities to meet agency minimum spend thresholds
• Work with Field Sales Managers and BDMs to drive high-quality referral opportunities
• Support training and development of BDMs within the territory
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders including Digital Marketing Managers and commercial managers
• Facilitate training and onboarding programs for team members
• Drive adoption of best practices to cultivate a high-performance sales culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts
• Proven track record of digital sales performance in both customer retention and acquisition
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology
• Resilient, disciplined, and tenacious professional
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex digital information clearly
• Emotionally intelligent and collaborative approach to teamwork
• Task-oriented and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
