Digital Accessibility Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Structure simple, efficient workflows to streamline the sharing of campaigns
• Monitor and follow up on amplification timelines to ensure consistent delivery
• Implement and track technical accessibility standards, including alt text, subtitles, captions, and color contrast
• Conduct quality control to ensure all published content strictly meets minimum accessibility requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in similar fields
• Excellence in operational coordination and a strong eye for technical quality control
• Practical understanding of digital accessibility checklists and their application to various content formats
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple timelines and workflows simultaneously
• Proficiency in the English language
• Comfort working in a task-based operational domain
