About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting for Furnace and RTP equipment
- Analyze and implement improvement activities to address defect and particle issues
- Optimize equipment utilization by improving productivity and minimizing downtime
- Manage equipment life cycles through hardware modifications, improvements, and localization of parts
- Analyze equipment logs and FDC data using tools such as Spotfire
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor equipment technology
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining Diffusion Furnace, RTP, or DPN equipment
- Strong understanding of diffusion/RTP process mechanisms and thermal process characteristics
