Requirements
Associate degree in nutrition or dietetics preferred, Long-term care experience preferred, NDTR/DTR certification preferred, ServSafe certification preferred
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional care to residents under the guidance of the Food and Nutrition Services Director and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Oversee food service processes to ensure quality and compliance
- Support the dietary needs of residents within a long-term care environment
Requirements
- Associate degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related area from an accredited program (preferred)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- NDTR/DTR certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- ServSafe certification
