Dietary Orientation Consultant (Nutritionist)

Responsibilities

• Identify client nutritional needs and provide scheduled dietary guidance.
• Research and develop complementary nutritional materials and personalized meal plans.
• Manage case documentation and perform continuous follow-up until case conclusion.
• Coordinate schedules, manage appointments, and attend scheduled consultations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking nutritional care.

Requirements

• Licenciatura en Nutrición (Bachelor's degree in Nutrition).
• At least 1.5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in nutritional consultation.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City (Colonia Napoles) with a schedule of 12:30-21:00 and Saturdays 12:00-20:00.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written communication, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Strong active listening and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to improve processes and reach objectives.
