Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and overhaul buses, trucks, and heavy equipment
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and consult with customers regarding repairs
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake systems, and transmissions

Requirements

• 2 or more years of Diesel Technician experience
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Physical stamina for bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or trade school certificate
• Previous dealership experience
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• DOT health card
