DIDO Utility All-Rounder

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Execute grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and operating machinery
• Assist with catering and food service, including kitchen hand duties and maintaining service standards
• Manage stores and inventory tasks, including operating a forklift where required
• Handle cash and provide customer service within tavern or retail environments

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to commute to regional Queensland sites (Cairns, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton, etc.)
• Food Safety Certificate (required for catering roles)
• Forklift license (required for stores roles)
• RSA certificate (required for tavern/retail roles)
• Valid Police Clearance and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
• Previous experience in FIFO housekeeping, catering, or hospitality is highly regarded
