DIDO Utility All-Rounder

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Assist with grounds maintenance such as mowing, weeding, and operating machinery
• Provide food and beverage service and assist with kitchen hand duties
• Manage stores and inventory using a forklift where required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across catering and dining areas
• Handle cash and perform general tavern or retail duties as needed

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to commute to sites in regional Queensland (Bowen Basin, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton, or Townsville)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
• Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Food Safety Certificate (required for catering roles)
• Forklift license (required for stores roles)
• RSA certificate (required for tavern/retail roles)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in FIFO/DIDO housekeeping, catering, or tavern environments
• Prior experience in hospitality or professional cleaning services

• Competitive annual wage of $80,000 - $100,000 + Super
