Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and growth of the Home Therapies program at a single site.
• Manage profit and loss for the assigned program, ensuring optimal performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Direct all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, providing guidance to staff to ensure safe delivery of home therapy.
• Assess patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis, including training on equipment operation and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure staff competency in operating home dialysis equipment and troubleshooting issues via telephone.
• Manage program supplies, equipment tracking, and timely replenishment of orders.
• Direct activities related to continuous quality assurance, patient retention, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and audit activities are completed on time.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of dialysis experience.
• Minimum of three months of peritoneal dialysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of medical-surgical nursing or ICU experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated skills in performance management and continuous quality improvement.
