Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and quality patient care for an independent home therapy dialysis program
• Lead, coach, and develop an interdisciplinary team, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring high standards for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure timely completion of nursing assessments and documentation
• Manage program growth, staffing models, and medical supply requirements
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies regarding patient safety and facility maintenance
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff and patients on home therapy equipment and procedures

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state RN licensure
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Minimum six months of dialysis nursing experience
• Valid CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced nursing education
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a multi-faceted clinical environment
