Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and growth of a single-site Home Therapies program.
• Manage profit and loss, including budget performance and key performance indicators.
• Direct all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge for Home Therapies patients.
• Ensure patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis treatments, including equipment training and environment assessment.
• Manage program supplies, equipment tracking, and timely replenishment of orders.
• Ensure staff competency in operating home dialysis equipment and troubleshooting via telephone.
• Direct activities related to Continuous Quality Assurance Improvement, patient retention, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise non-exempt staff and provide ongoing education and orientation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN state licensure.
• Minimum of one year of dialysis experience.
• Minimum of three months of peritoneal dialysis experience.
• Valid CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of medical-surgical nursing or ICU experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated skills in performance management and continuous quality improvement.
