Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for multiple Home Therapies programs, including growth, patient retention, and program costs
• Direct all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge for Home Therapies patients
• Oversee patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis treatments and assess home environments for suitability
• Manage program profit and loss, ensuring optimal performance to meet or exceed budgets and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop an interdisciplinary team, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure staff competency in operating and troubleshooting home dialysis equipment
• Maintain regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and quality assurance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate program supplies and equipment tracking to ensure timely replenishment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state RN licensure
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience
• Minimum of six months of dialysis nursing experience
• Valid CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced nursing education
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising dialysis personnel and ensuring high-quality patient care
