Dialysis Nurse I

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dialysis care during pre-, intra-, and post-treatment phases
• Assess, plan, and evaluate holistic care for dialysis patients in accordance with organizational standards
• Maintain and monitor dialysis equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
• Ensure accurate medication administration and respond promptly to clinical emergencies
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team using strong critical-thinking skills
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe care environment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Mentor junior staff and new joiners to foster a supportive learning environment
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational development

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Dialysis Nurse

Preferred Qualifications

• Current dialysis experience
• Experience in long-term care settings
• Experience with ventilated patients at the bedside
