Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations including costs, staffing, processes, and quality standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for all direct reports
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge
• Ensure patient education regarding quality measures, transplant options, and modality awareness
• Manage clinic financials, including supply utilization and profit and loss reviews
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and the hiring and orientation of new team members
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and ensure compliance with auditing activities
• Facilitate physician privileges and maintain strong relationships with medical staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure
• 6+ years of healthcare business operations experience
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience
• 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Ability to successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience
• Experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments
