Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality patient care in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, including managing staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Manage facility finances, including profit and loss, budget adherence, and inventory control.
• Ensure the integrity of medical and operational records and oversee compliance with state and federal surveys.
• Implement Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assessment and Improvement Program (QAPI) processes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN state licensure.
• Proven experience in clinical nursing.
• At least 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including team building and decision-making.
• Ability to pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility.
• Clinical experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and medical database software.
