Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations including costs, staffing, processes, and quality standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for all direct reports
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge
• Ensure patient education regarding quality measures, transplant options, and modality awareness
• Manage clinic financials, including supply utilization and profit and loss reviews
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and the hiring/orientation of new team members
• Maintain strong relationships with physicians and participate in the Governing Body
• Ensure compliance with all data collections, auditing activities, and state/federal surveys

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure
• 6+ years of healthcare business operations experience
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience
• 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Ability to successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience
• Previous experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments
