Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dialysis facility operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Ensure high-quality, compliant patient care from admission through discharge
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical staff, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluations
• Partner with physicians, Medical Directors, and internal teams to support care delivery
• Monitor quality, safety, regulatory compliance, audits, and required reporting
• Manage inventory, equipment, payroll, and budget performance for the center
• Support patient and family concerns and help resolve clinical or operational issues

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN state licensure
• Clinical nursing experience
• At least 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blind Test
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage staff, operations, and patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a medical facility
• Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with medical database software
