Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effective management in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, including managing staff scheduling and payroll
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, acting as a resource for patients and families
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and effective communication
• Manage the facility's profit and loss, budget, and key performance indicators
• Ensure the integrity of medical records and compliance with all data collection and auditing activities
• Oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program in collaboration with the Program Manager
• Maintain facility environmental integrity, safety, and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• Current RN state licensure
• Clinical nursing experience
• Minimum of 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility
• Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with medical database software
