Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effective management in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop clinical staff through coaching, performance management, and professional growth support
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality treatment for patients with kidney disease
• Manage facility finances, including profit and loss, budgeting, and inventory control
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to ensure continuity of care and patient safety
• Maintain medical and operational records, ensuring compliance with data collection and auditing activities
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and the recruitment and orientation of new team members

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• Current RN state licensure
• Clinical nursing experience
• Minimum of 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility
• Experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with medical database software
