Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effective management in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, including the Charge RN and DPC staff
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality treatment plans
• Manage facility finances, including profit and loss, budgeting, and inventory control
• Partner with the Medical Director and physicians to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and the recruitment and orientation of new team members
• Implement Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assessment and Improvement Program (QAPI) processes
• Maintain the integrity of medical and operational records and ensure compliance with state and federal surveys

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Manager experience at FME
• At least 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility
• Previous experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and medical database software
