Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure cost-effective management in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, including the Charge RN and DPC staff
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality treatment plans
• Manage facility finances, including profit and loss, budgeting, and inventory control
• Maintain medical and operational records and ensure compliance with all data collection and auditing activities
• Foster strong relationships with the Medical Director and physicians to ensure effective communication and care coordination
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and the hiring and orientation of new team members

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Manager experience at FME
• At least 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility
• Previous experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with medical database software
