Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effective management in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop clinical staff through coaching, performance management, and professional growth support.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality treatment plans for renal disease patients.
• Manage facility finances, including profit and loss, budgeting, inventory control, and payroll.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
• Maintain medical and operational records, ensuring compliance with data collection and auditing activities.
• Drive quality standards through Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assessment and Improvement Program (QAPI) initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current RN state licensure.
• Clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility.
• Med/Surg or ICU/CCU clinical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with medical database software.
