Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effective management in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a collaborative team, providing coaching, performance management, and professional growth opportunities for direct reports.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality treatment plans for patients with renal disease.
• Manage facility finances, including profit and loss, budgeting, payroll, and inventory control.
• Maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors and physicians to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal surveys, maintaining the integrity of medical and operational records.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current RN state licensure.
• Experience in clinical nursing.
• Minimum of 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical facility.
• Previous experience in Med/Surg or ICU/CCU environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and medical database software.
