Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dialysis clinic operations, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient workflow
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff, including scheduling, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Partner with the Medical Director, Charge RN, HR, Quality, Education, and Technical Services teams
• Oversee patient care coordination from admission through discharge, including care plans and missed treatments
• Manage regulatory readiness, audits, surveys, documentation, and required reporting
• Monitor budgets, inventory, supplies, equipment, payroll, and other operational resources
• Support physician relationships, facility growth, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Manager experience at FME
• At least 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
• Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blind Test
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a medical facility
• Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with medical database software
