Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures to ensure high-quality care in a dialysis or vascular access setting.
• Supervise and direct clinical staff, including Staff RNs, Radiology Technologists, and Front Desk Coordinators.
• Manage daily staffing schedules, patient care assignments, and staff training/orientation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Oversee medication management, including ordering, inventory control, and accurate documentation of controlled substances.
• Monitor patient care for adherence to facility protocols and assist with direct patient care and monitoring as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and perform regular chart audits to ensure data integrity.
• Act as the Facility Manager in their absence and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), surgical, Interventional Radiology, or ICU/CCU setting.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a medical or vascular access environment.
• Experience with medical database software.
