DialogFlow CX Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, Google CCAI, and Dialogflow CX
• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards
• Develop custom components and tools to optimize chatbot ecosystem performance
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Leverage NLP, LLM, and ML techniques including TTS, STT, and SSML
• Integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through log analysis and debugging

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development and API integrations
• Proficiency in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
• Extensive experience with Dialogflow CX LLM (playbook) features and traditional functionalities
• Solid understanding of Google as a SaaS platform
• Proven troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Experience integrating web services into applications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
