Responsibilities

• Perform real estate diagnostics and sampling on construction sites
• Conduct geometric surveys, site inspections, and documentation studies
• Define sampling strategies and manage sample delivery to laboratories
• Write technical reports and recommend corrective actions
• Collect DPE documents and draft reports using certified software
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures
• Maintain client relationships and identify commercial opportunities

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical building training
• Mandatory certifications: Amiante, DPE, and Plomb (with mentions)
• SS4 authorization
• Knowledge of current building regulations
• Proficiency in report entry tools
• Autonomous and rigorous with strong customer service skills
