Diagnostics Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the national diagnostic strategy for current and future products to shape local policies.
• Generate diagnostic-related insights to inform brand strategy, tactics, and market readiness.
• Identify and minimize diagnostic barriers to therapy use by optimizing testing pathways and working with external stakeholders.
• Support the registration and regulatory approval of companion diagnostics and other testing solutions.
• Build strategic partnerships with diagnostic companies, lab networks, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders through educational initiatives.
• Provide key inputs to Pricing and Market Access strategies regarding reimbursement for therapy and associated tests.

Requirements

• Life Sciences professional (e.g., Pharmacist, Physician, Microbiologist, Biologist, or Nurse).
• At least 3 years of experience in diagnostic-related roles, specifically in oncology, rare diseases, or immunology.
• Proven understanding of the diagnostics environment, including technical platforms, providers, and sample management.
• Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (both oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build robust professional networks.
• Availability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree.
• Significant experience managing teams.
• Established network of external stakeholders within the Mexican diagnostic ecosystem.
• Project Management experience.
