Requirements

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor DTC/CAN parameters at the Command Centre 24/7
  • Raise internal tickets in the DMS system upon detecting issues
  • Provide Level 1 (L1) phone support to guide customers and drivers
  • Coordinate with dealers to resolve critical DTCs and vehicle breakdowns
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle issues and resolution status
  • Track and report KPI targets
  • Conduct job card analysis for cost avoidance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, vehicle service, or command centre operations
  • Familiarity with DMS systems, ticketing tools, and vehicle diagnostics (DTC/CAN)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and KPI tracking
