About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor DTC and CAN parameters at the Command Centre 24/7
  • Raise internal tickets in the DMS system upon detecting issues
  • Provide Level 1 support to customers and drivers via phone
  • Guide customers to the nearest dealer for critical DTCs
  • Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely resolution of vehicle issues
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle issues and KPIs
  • Conduct job card analysis for cost avoidance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, vehicle service, or command centre operations
  • Familiarity with DMS systems and ticketing tools
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics including DTC and CAN
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
