Diagnostic Services Executive Jr

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive service and attention to patients, families, doctors, and collaborators.
• Manage information, scheduling, and resolution of matters related to diagnostic services.
• Ensure the accuracy of information regarding diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Identify and address the needs of users and clients to link them with service operations.
• Utilize management systems for service operation and administration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complaints and suggestions.
• Manage and update clinical records and internal service files.
• Handle admission processes, providing administrative information and patient education.
• Perform billing, medical fee calculations, and collection tasks.
• Manage the scheduling of studies and the delivery of results to patients via internal systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health Sciences, or related customer service fields.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with office equipment.
• Knowledge of billing and collection systems.
• Strong orientation toward customer service and organizational skills.
