Diagnostic Scientific Liaison

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific relationships with molecular diagnostic experts in oncology, including laboratory managers, oncologists, pathologists, and molecular biologists.
• Provide appropriate scientific and educational diagnostic support to laboratory personnel.
• Deliver high-level scientific-technical presentations regarding biomarker studies and the regulatory framework of Companion Diagnostics.
• Generate value-added scientific projects in molecular diagnostics in collaboration with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Advise on emerging diagnostic technologies and biomarker testing trends, including optimal circuits and sample protocols.
• Support diagnostic KOLs in organizing scientific events by preparing necessary technical information.
• Act as a source of market and competitor intelligence to inform the Diagnostic Manager and testing strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmacy).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, molecular biology laboratories, or the sale of diagnostic reagents/supplies.
• Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics, including molecular testing and immunohistochemistry.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently, primarily at a national level.
