Diagnostic Liaison

Responsibilities

• Implement activities to establish scientific leadership for AstraZeneca compounds and related biomarkers.
• Develop and enhance professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key scientific leaders (KEEs).
• Provide diagnostic test education and clinical support to medical professionals.
• Train sales teams on scientific and diagnostic knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of brand diagnostic strategies and assist in reviewing product materials.
• Respond to medical queries related to AstraZeneca compounds and diagnostics.
• Develop or initiate scientific programs targeting unmet medical needs in priority disease areas.
• Ensure strict adherence to company codes of conduct and local pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Life Sciences is required.
• In-depth knowledge or experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical legislation relevant to sales and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a scientific field.
• Direct experience or knowledge in the diagnostics field.
• Understanding of the specific functions and responsibilities of Diagnostic Liaisons.
• Experience in project and team management.
