Diabetes Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective sales calls with targeted providers, including Endocrinology, Primary Care, and Internal Medicine
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to establish and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory
• Identify and develop relationships with key customers to drive growth for Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and supplies
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and explaining reimbursement requirements and documentation
• Arrange and conduct in-services to educate providers
• Analyze the impact of managed care on prescribing decisions and modify sales strategies accordingly
• Represent Byram Healthcare at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling a service or commodity product (non-medical experience considered)
• Proven experience in either outside or inside sales
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2 years of applicable work experience in lieu of a degree
• Valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
• Must reside within the geographic location of the assigned territory
