Diabetes Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio
• Prospect for new business and close sales within the assigned territory
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists
• Develop and implement territory business plans based on market trends and goals
• Deliver sales results in primary care and endocrinology markets to drive brand awareness
• Effectively handle objections and tailor sales approaches to meet specific customer needs
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly activities using call reporting and tracking systems
• Maintain accountability for all product samples in accordance with division guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, integrity, and a strong ambition to succeed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience within the healthcare industry
• B2B sales experience
