About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness and adoption of the FreeStyle Libre brand among healthcare providers
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio
- Influence prescribing behavior of Endocrinologists and Primary Care Physicians
- Develop and implement territory, account, and call plans including goals and action plans
- Establish strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare constituents
- Document daily, weekly, and monthly activities using call reporting and tracking systems
- Maintain accountability for all samples in accordance with division guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience
- Proven successful sales track record from previous positions
- Excellent communication skills, high energy, and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within the healthcare industry
- B2B sales experience
